Our experience

We have over 15 years of combined experience working in engineering, packaging, business and project management fields. Most of this work taking place in the medical device industry.
We are looking to leverage our can do attitude and technical expertise to help bring the structure needed to solve the challenges your business is facing.
We are currently focusing our services to businesses operating in the United States and outside of the medical device industry to avoid conflicts of interest.
We believe in constant learning and hold formal education with an undergraduate degree in Manufacturing Engineering (BS) and graduate degree in business administration (MBA).

We have over 20 years of property management experience managing tenants as well as performing/coordinating updates to the property.
The experiences we have gained in purchasing as well as managing properties has given us a knowledge base we are happy to share with people looking to go down the real estate investing journey.
We specialize in the running and operation of multi-family units (primarily side by side duplex units).
